The STA Status of Women Committee is excited to host an in-person Paint Night Wellness Event after work on Monday, February 6 at Beecher Place.

Our instructor, Freda Lombard, a certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, believes that the experience of creating art is available to everyone, and her patient and gentle guidance will help you discover your own unique artistic style. Freda focuses on the process of creating rather than the end product, creating a safe and nurturing environment for self-exploration and personal growth. You'll leave each session feeling uplifted and inspired, just like a ray of sunshine!

Coffee and tea will be available starting at 3:30 pm, with painting beginning at 4:00 pm. A delicious dinner will be served at 6:00 pm.
